Delete Account and Data

In accordance with Google Play policies, Kuxel provides you with the necessary tools to delete your account and any personal information associated with it.

We want to give you total control over your data. On this page, as a user of the Kuxel application, you will find detailed instructions and the necessary channels to definitively request the deletion of your account and the corresponding data.

1. Direct Deletion from the Application (Immediate Processing)

The fastest and most instantaneous way to delete your Kuxel account is through the application's internal settings menu. To do so, follow these simple steps:

Open Settings

Launch the Kuxel app on your mobile device and access the Settings section from the top navigation menu.

Scroll Down to Account

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen to the "Account" section where your user information is displayed.

Select "Delete Account"

Tap on the option highlighted in red with the text "Delete Account".

Confirm Deletion

A warning dialog will appear asking you to confirm. When confirming, the server will immediately execute the deletion of all your favorites and personal data.

2. Request Deletion via Web (Up to 30 days)

If you no longer have access to the app or prefer to make the request through this channel, fill out the following form to generate your official cancellation request that we will send to our support team:

Full Name

Email Address It must match the Google or Apple account used when logging into the app.

I confirm that I want to delete my Kuxel account and I authorize the deletion of all my favorites and profile information stored in the cloud. I understand that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Request successfully generated! Your email client has been opened. Please send the pre-written message to complete your request.

3. Categories of Permanently Deleted Data

Upon processing your account deletion request, Kuxel will permanently delete the following categories of personal data from all our active databases:

Login Credentials: Email, username, and the unique identifiers securely assigned by the Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple services.
Favorites Lists: The list of wallpapers you have saved as favorites in the cloud for synchronization across devices.
Session and Device Tokens: All active technical identifiers that allow keeping your session open in the app and sending update notifications.

4. Retained Data and Legal Compliance Information

There are certain categories of data that Kuxel is required to retain under billing, fraud prevention, and technical statistics regulations:

Financial Transaction Records: If you have purchased Kuxel Premium, the Google Play and Apple App Store stores generate payment records. We retain receipt IDs and purchase signatures solely for tax and accounting audits under the periods established by law. This data is permanently unlinked from your deleted personal profile.
Anonymous Aggregated Statistics: We maintain general technical counters such as the global number of downloads or views of a wallpaper anonymously for content popularity metrics purposes. These counters do not contain information that directly or indirectly identifies any user.
