B. Preference and Usage Data

• Favorites: We store the list of wallpapers you mark as favorites so we can sync them and show them to you on all your devices when you log in.
• Download statistics: We keep an anonymous count of downloads to determine the popularity of the wallpapers.

C. Device Data and Technical Usage (Collected Automatically)

• Device information: Model of your device, operating system version and unique device identifiers necessary for the technical functioning of notifications, active devices and ads.
• IP Address: Used to determine the approximate geographic region of the user for ad delivery and analytics compliance reasons.

2. Device Permissions

For the correct functioning of Kuxel's main features, the application requests the following permissions:

• Internet Access (android.permission.INTERNET): Required to connect to our server, download wallpapers, load ads, and process purchases.
• Set Wallpaper (android.permission.SET_WALLPAPER): Necessary to directly apply selected wallpapers to your device's home or lock screen.

3. Third-Party Services

Kuxel uses third-party tools and services that may collect their own information according to their respective privacy policies. These services include:

A. Ads (Google AdMob)

We use Google AdMob to display advertising within the application (including app open ads, native ads, interstitials, and rewarded videos). AdMob may collect and use:

• Mobile advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA).
• Cookie data and ad performance information.
• Approximate device location.

B. Push Notifications (OneSignal)

We use OneSignal to send you alerts and notifications about new wallpapers or updates. OneSignal collects technical device data to ensure the correct delivery of notifications.

C. Analytics (Firebase Analytics)

We use Firebase to analyze how users interact with the application and detect crashes or technical locks. The collected data is anonymous or pseudonymized.

D. In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing / Apple App Store)

If you purchase our Premium version, the transaction is processed directly by the official payment gateways of Google and Apple.

• We do not store or have access to your credit card data or personal billing information.
• Our server only receives a payment confirmation to activate your status as a Premium user.

4. Use of Information

We use the collected data to:

• Provide, operate and maintain the application's functions.
• Sync your favorites and premium purchases across your devices.
• Customize and display appropriate advertisements.
• Send push notifications related to the app (provided you have authorized them).
• Analyze app usage to fix errors and improve user experience.

5. Control of your Data and Account Deletion

In accordance with international data protection regulations (such as GDPR and CCPA) and app store guidelines:

• Right of Access and Rectification: You can verify your profile data in the app's settings section.
• Complete Account Deletion (Right to be Forgotten): You have the right to delete all your information at any time.
  • You can request account deletion directly from the settings menu within the application.
  • Upon doing so, our system will execute a definitive cancellation that will delete your user record, your favorite lists from our database and revoke all active authentication tokens.

6. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, please note that no internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy and Account Consent

Our application allows logging in through external authentication providers (such as Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In) solely to allow cloud syncing of favorite wallpapers.

The information collected upon login is strictly limited to the basic profile data provided by the provider (username, email and SNS authentication technical identifier) and the list of saved favorite wallpapers. We do not request or collect additional personal data or sensitive information.

For users under 13 years of age (or the applicable minimum age in their jurisdiction) who use managed or supervised accounts (e.g., via Google Family Link or equivalent parental controls), parental supervision, consent or approval is required to log into the app.

If a parent or legal guardian identifies that an account of a minor under their guardianship has been linked without proper authorization, they can contact us to request the immediate deletion of the user record and all associated data.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page or through an in-app notice. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically to be aware of any changes.
